Are you looking for new, yet inexpensive, ways to keep the kids entertained when you visit friends and family? I have the perfect solution for you. Mattel’s new line of To Go! Games feature five new versions of everyone’s favorite family games designed for portable, on-the-go fun…and we’re offering you a chance to win a few for yourself. Here is what you can find with the new games:
The lively game of FLIPPIN’ FROGS® To Go challenges players to use the lily pad launchers to spring frogs into the tree and whoever has the most frogs left in the tree when it pops wins that round.
For a blast from the past with a new, cool look and attitude, KERPLUNK!® To Go is a timeless game that has been a favorite with kids and families, and now in an innovative portable package.
The on-the-go version of UNO Spin® To Go game is my favorite. It contains special travel icons and rules, and a storage clip to hold the cards in place for easy portability.
Players can team up in a battle to decipher silly word puzzles in the new portable version of MAD GAB® Game, which includes 240 puzzles.
PICTIONARY MAN™ Game To Go is now completely portable and contains everything you’ll need to play including clue cards and a miniature sand timer.
The games retail for about $10-$15 and can be found at most retailers nationwide and online.
Win it
We’re offering one lucky reader a chance to win Flippen’ Frogs and Uno Spin. To win, all you need to do is tell me about a fun activity you like to do with your family during the winter when you can’t get outside.

I play A LOT of games with my son as well as read books with him and do some crafts when we can’t go outside during the Winter.
We stock up on a lot of craft supplies, and love making different things to send to Daddy (who is deployed overseas). We are in FL, so we aren’t really “stuck” inside a lot but this is one of my favorite things to do with the kids together.

We are a gaming family. Wintertime is great for Disney Apples to Apples, Clue Junior, cards, Wii, Legos, and DVD Candyland.

We love board games, books, movies, and Wii!!
We have set up a playground in our basement so when the weather is too wet or cold to play outside, we play down there.

We love to play board games in the evening, make a party out of it with cheese & crackers & veggies & dip. During the day, love to get out the legos or playdoh. When the boys are going real stir crazy we break out the nerf guns & have nerf wars, we all get involved & always have a blast!!!
Just tweeted about the giveaway @ilovestories
I play many games with my daughter and the rest of our family and friends. I follow Average Parent on Facebook, though I do not Twitter. I would love to win this! THANK YOU FOR THE OPPORTUNITY!!!
we like to pile all the pillows and cushions from the living room up and let the boys bounce around … we also add blankets to the mix and build forts

For fun play we play hide and go seek, though with a 3YO it’s more like hide and scream where I’m hiding. For quiet time we play UNO attack. We modified it for the 3YO instead it’s just called shoot and collect. The person with the most cards wins.
We like to stay inside and look through family photo albums and drink hot coco. My kids love to see pictures and hear stories of what they were like as babies!
I love games to teach my children the value of sharing and taking turns!
